Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We aim to process all orders on or before the following working day however in some cases there may be a short delay, if your order cannot be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days we will contact you as soon as possible. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
International Shipping Policy
Prices are shown in GBP, for conversion we recommend using a currency converter however the actual conversion is based on your banks own conversion rates.
www.Madamemoonshop.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, www.madamemoon.co.uk is not liable for any delays once your package has left our warehouse and been handed to the courier.
Damages
www.madamemoon.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
